  • 1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1 24oz Jar of Marinara
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a few cups of olive oil.
  • Carefully add the mofaldine and cook until al dente. Drain the water leaving some water.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms to a skillet with a little olive oil and sauté until softened. Do not stir, cook in portions if necessary
  • Quickly sauté the garlic and onion in a large skillet. Add the drained pasta, and stir to turn the mushrooms over. you throw it away
  • If the pasta seems dry, slowly add the reserved water
